2. If there is no synchronized logistics tracking in the order background, you can log in to the global logistics query website “https://app.17track.net” and enter the tracking number to check the package delivery status.


3. The transportation time is generally about 15 days to 35 days (except remote areas). If you do not receive the package during this period, please contact customer service in time to obtain tracking information.
